MEET OUR TEAM
Ashley oversees company-wide and project-based monitoring and evaluation work. She brings over five years experience building the internal evaluation capacity of non-governmental organizations, higher education institutions, and UN system organizations and specific expertise in gender-sensitive and participatory research methodologies. Ashley has provided evaluation quality review services for UNFPA and conducted evaluations for global programs focused on social protection, workforce development and education, including for Inkomoko’s partner Akilah Institute. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University and a Master of Social Work from University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
Deo joined Inkomoko in August 2015 and is responsible for all organizational finances. Deo graduated from the University of Rwanda, School of Finance and Banking with a Degree in Business Administration. He has worked in accounting and finance roles at a variety of organizations, including Urwego Opportunity Bank, Songa Designs, and Think Impact. He has more than four years of experience in the country’s enterprise community, and through volunteer and internship programs, he has also worked with Oxfam GB, Microfinance Transparency, and Indego Africa Project.
Felix NIYITEGEKA, holds bachelor’s degree in Economics from National University of Rwanda. Before joining Inkomoko, Felix worked for Frontiers Adventures Great Lakes, on project under EDC Akazi kanoze training, and he trained more than 200 fresh graduates from universities around the country in Work Readiness Program. He also worked for DOT Rwanda as a Business Coach whereby he trained on business start ups, business coaching and business planning. Felix is highly experienced in conducting business trainings and advisory/consulting services. In 2014 and 2015 Felix was on training and judging team for business competition under Youth Connekt event organized by Ministry of Youth&ICT. With high commitment, Felix is a motivated Business development advisor, ready to work on the best of the community development.
Business Development Associate
Grace is a business development professional who has over five years of professional experience supporting startup and young organisations, focused on entrepreneurship development and creation of employment. Grace holds a degree in Economics, with a major in Development Studies, obtained at the National University of Rwanda. She is the 2015 elect National Vice President of the Junior Chamber International in Rwanda, and a mentor at kLab for tech start-ups. Before Inkomoko, Grace managed the operations of Regent University’s Business Development Centre in Rwanda, and spearheaded Communications and Development at Digital Opportunity Trust Rwanda.
Inkomoko’s first employee, Jean Claude oversees all Web and Graphic Design, Marketing for Inkomoko clients. Prior to joining Inkomoko, Jean Claude worked as an IT Technician/Webmaster at Contact FM Radio Station in Kigali. He holds various Certificates and Diplomas in CISCO Networking, Computer Repair and Maintenance, Electronics, Web Design, Graphic Design, Database Design and Programming.
Jean Claude Nkusi
Lydia is the Director of Special Projects at Inkomoko. Prior to this position, Lydia worked as Senior Institutional and Business Advisory consultant for World Jewish Relief where her role was to empower youth farmers in agribusiness and build capacity of local NGOs through training, market linkages, and strategic consultations. Lydia has 13 years of experience working with International NGOs as Senior Business Advisor at TechnoServe and Capacity Building Team Leader at CHF International where her role was to develop institutional capacity of 20 local NGOs through training, mentoring and coaching. In addition to working with INGOs, Lydia worked with KPMG as Human Resource Consultant where her main role was to develop strategies and conduct executive selection and recruitment for clients. Lydia is a founder of AK’Iwacu, a social enterprise whose mission is to restore refugees ’dignity through economic empowerment and a co-founder of Books & Brains, a children library. Lydia holds a Master’s Degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from Kalu Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Computer Sciences from Uganda Martyrs University.

Training Support Associate
Julienne is the founder of African Entrepreneur Collective, Inkomoko’s US-based partner providing business acceleration services to high-potential entrepreneurs. Julienne brings more than 10 years of experience working in education and international development. With a BA in African History from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, Julienne is passionate about developing human capital in Africa. Prior to founding AEC, Julienne served as the Director of Development and Communications at College Track, a national education program in the US. In addition, she has held leadership and strategic consulting positions African Leadership Academy, Capital Partners for Education, and at the Yale School of Management. She is a 2015 Echoing Green Fellow.
Nathalie has over 5 years experience in Administration and Finance working mainly with NGOs, including Help a Child Rwanda, FEWS NET (USAID Project) and Vision for a Nation Foundation. Nathalie holds a BBA majoring in Accounting from UR School of Finance & Banking, and she is a CPA-certified professional from Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board.
An agriculture economist, Olive supports Inkomoko’s agriculture portfolio and also recruits new clients to Inkomoko. With a MS in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Nairobi, Olive is a member of the African Association of Agricultural Economics. Previously, Olive worked with Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture, and has conducted ag research for the International Development Research Center, and National University of Rwanda. She is among the founders of the Rwanda Organization for Agribusiness Promotion.
Client Relationship Manager
Osman leads a diverse client portfolio of tech, retail, and manufacturing clients, and offers his expert finance and tax skills to a range of Inkomoko clients. Osman is a former auditor, with a degree in Accounting from the University of Rwanda College of Business and Economics.
Business Development Manager
Sabrina has a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Studies from the University of Rwanda. In addition to administrative support to the Inkomoko team, Sabrina has also supported human-centered design programs for SPRING, offered translation services, and manages Inkomoko’s monitoring and evaluation programs.
As COO, Sara oversees Inkomoko’s operations and client services delivery. She is a founding Board Member of our sister organization, the African Entrepreneur Collective, and was a Shell Foundation consultant to IntelleGrow, a social impact debt fund in Mumbai. Sara has 15 years experience growing and managing social impact organizations, including management consulting for nonprofits, and serving as the Executive Director and Director of Strategy for the Level Playing Field Institute in California. An MBA from Oxford’s Said Business School, Sara was the 2013 co-chair of the Oxford Business Network for Africa, where she hosted and honored HE President Paul Kagame at the annual Oxford conference. She is a 2015 Echoing Green Fellow.
Fabrice has experience working with national and international organizations, private companies, and NGOs. He has deep expertise in finance and accounting through his prior roles as a Financial Advisor, Managing Director, Financial Manager, and Financial Controller. Fabrice is an RRA Certified Tax Advisor and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Kigali.

Tuzinde graduated from the former National University of Rwanda in Agricultural economics and Agribusiness in 2012. He has served through DOT Rwanda as community facilitator and coach to over 200 hundred young people and women about entrepreneurship, basic ICT, He served as Agribusiness Advisor and Sales with Faim Africa Ltd, an International Agribusiness Company based in Rwanda, He also started a hardware business in Kigali as sales consultant, and he is passionate about business growth and entrepreneur development.
Tuzinde Henry Mundende
As a Business Development Manager Priscilla explores business opportunities with Inkomoko clients and helps them beat financial, strategic and operational challenges.
Priscilla holds fellowships of both GHC, AFRINIC and YALI and has over five years experience in business development, consulting, coaching and financial management. She has had university education and professional trainings on four continents; Africa, Europe (Germany and Holland), Asia and North America (Yale University in the US). This background has prepared her to be both a good leader and mentor to young entrepreneurs and professionals in her community.
Contributing to entrepreneurship and employment in the great lakes region fulfills her passion. With a combination of inspirational mentorship and guidance, Priscilla aims to unlock and fire a powerful engine for sustainable economic development
Business Development Manager
Patrick oversees training, mentorship and strategy development. Patrick has 5 years of experience in business development and management. Over the last 3 years he has been an active trainer in the Ready4Finance program by BiD Network. Before Inkomoko he was a Programs Manager at Educat and a training consultant with Ejo Partners. He holds an MBA in Project Management from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor degree in Economics from the National University of Rwanda.
David holds a degree in Monetary Economics from the College of Business and Economics, University of Rwanda. Prior to joining as staff member, David served as AIP’s student ambassador for 3 years where he was in charge of recruiting and coordinating young enthusiastic student leaders across partner universities to serve as student ambassadors. He was the 2014 President of Junior Chamber International NUR local Chapter.
Eric has 10 years of experience training, coaching, and advising SMEs and cooperatives in business development, entrepreneurship, finance, taxation, bookkeeping, and human resources. He is fully committed to helping entrepreneurs strengthen and grow their businesses. Eric holds a Masters in Business Administration from Kabale University and a Bachelors in Business Administration from the National University of Rwanda.

Ms. Agnes Uzarerwa is currently the Director of Clients Services of Inkomoko. Prior to this position she was Head of Operations & Finances and SMEs Selection Manager at Business Professionals Network (BPN). Her previous professional experience also includes her role as Program Manager of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program in Rwanda where she led the recruitment of new clients, business plan training, M&E, mentoring, and coaching for both staff and entrepreneurs. She has also worked as Program Coordinator of Maastricht School of Management at the School of Finance and Banking. Agnes completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Project Management at Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands.
