Samuel Guinngar is the Director of Business Growth Services in Chad. He brings extensive experience in program and project management, with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and large-scale program implementation. Samuel holds an MBA from Dallas Baptist University, specializing in Program and Project Management.

Prior to joining Inkomoko, Samuel held key leadership roles in organizations such as Malaria No More, AFRICOM, and DDRR, where he managed high-impact programs in Chad. He has worked closely with international organizations, including IOM, Global Fund, and the U.S. Department of Defense, to drive development initiatives. His expertise in fostering government and civil society partnerships makes him a valuable addition to Inkomoko’s mission of supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening economic growth in Chad.
