William has brought together a unique mixture of skills and leadership to the design and delivery of programs serving refugees, IDPs, and citizens of South Sudan. His previous work engages a wide range of partners, including the Government of South Sudan, UN Agencies, USAID, EU/ECHO, NORAD, US State Department/BPRM, the Netherlands Embassy, START Fund, Disaster Emergency Committee (DEC), and various private sector institutions. He is a certified Emergency Team Leader by the UN Inter-Agency Standing Committee.
